Tamara Vučković is a Virtual Assistant and Online Business Manager specializing in monday.com implementations, process optimization, and automation. She works as a virtual assistant for GoThrive LTD and helps both local and international clients build systems for CRM, project management, and customer support—focused on reducing manual work and creating clear visibility of roles and responsibilities.

Rachel Dorsey is the founder and owner of RAD Virtual Support (est. 2017, actively operating today) and a respected industry mentor for virtual assistants. With over seven years of hands-on experience as a professional VA and business owner, she provides trusted operational and strategic support to founders and leadership teams within fast-growing companies. Her work centers on operations, systems, delegation, leadership support, and strategic execution—helping teams create clarity and momentum inside complex businesses. Rachel mentors virtual assistants at every stage of growth, teaching from real-world experience rather than theory. She’s known for her focus on clarity, follow-through, and strategic ownership—without promoting hustle culture or burnout—and for helping VAs build sustainable businesses and long-term, high-trust client relationships.

Katarina Zubatović is an entrepreneur with extensive experience across administrative, finance, operations, and e-commerce roles. She is the founder of Medium VA, providing administrative, organizational, and advisory support to small and mid-sized businesses as well as private clients—in both Croatian and English. Alongside running her own business, Katarina works as a virtual assistant and serves as the Co-Founder and Director of GoThrive platform, a platform dedicated to educating and supporting virtual assistants. She also actively advocates for smart delegation and hiring virtual assistants, helping entrepreneurs manage their time and operations more effectively.

Nikola Mujdžić Reščić is the co-founder of GoThrive platform, the owner of Meritum komunikacije, and an entrepreneur with extensive experience in CRM implementation. He has been a user of monday.com since 2017 and became an authorized partner in 2019. Nikola has helped companies save significant working hours and optimize 50+ processes across 10+ industries. As a monday.com expert, he focuses on system design and implementation and leads a team of 13+ monday implementation specialists within the GoThrive community.

Dino Benedetti is an educator and the founder of the Super Student movement, specializing in practical methods for learning and memory. He began his professional journey while still a student, building an education system from a small room—and over the past six years has helped 5,000+ young people improve their memory, concentration, and learning skills to achieve top academic results. Today, more than 80,000 people follow his work on social media. His approach is grounded in scientifically supported principles of cognitive psychology, adapted for real-world use in everyday learning and life. Where is the MeetUp taking place and participant registration?
The MeetUp will take place at Algebra, Gradišćanska 24, Zagreb, in Hall B4 on the ground floor.
Participant registration will be at the entrance to Foyer B1.
Will I receive a physical ticket?
No, tickets are not issued in physical form. All participants will be listed at accreditation. It is enough to bring your ID card and show it at the entrance to access the event. 😊
Will food and drinks be provided at the event?
Yes, all participants will enjoy premium Julius Meinl coffee and a delicious brunch – perfect for informal networking and connecting with others.
Will there be opportunities for networking?
Absolutely! The MeetUp includes time for informal networking during the welcome coffee and registration, brunch, and the closing gathering. It’s the perfect opportunity to connect with peers from the industry.
How to get to Algebra by public transport?
Algebra is located in the western part of Zagreb, at Gradišćanska 24, approximately 500 meters from the Sv. Duh tram station.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available! The ALGEBRA SPARK Parking Space is a modern public underground garage located on level -2 of the Algebra campus, at Gradišćanska 24, Zagreb. The garage offers 93 parking spaces and is open to all Algebra visitors, as well as anyone needing parking in the western part of central Zagreb.

Outside the campus, there is also Zagrebparking’s Zone II available.
What if I can’t attend? Am I entitled to a refund?
Refund: A refund is possible up to seven days before the event.
Ticket transfer: You can transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us in advance at info@gothrive.hr, no later than three days before the MeetUp.
Future participation: You can use your paid ticket for one of the upcoming MeetUps, also no later than three days before the event.
