Do I need to have pre-recorded content to work with you?
Not necessarily. If you already have recorded lessons, we take over the technique and implementation. If the content is not ready yet, we help you through planning and structure, and then incorporate it into the system as soon as it's ready.
What tools do you work in?
We specialize in tools like Thinkifica, Stripe, Eračun, Zapiera, Monday.com and other modern solutions. We have people in our team who know most of the known tools. If you use another tool, we'll adapt and integrate it into the existing system.
How long does the entire process take?
It depends on the package and your readiness for content. The Basic package can be ready in 2-3 weeks, the Standard in 4-6 weeks, while the Premium takes longer because it includes 3 months of post-launch support.
What if I've never worked with online platforms and payments?
Don't worry – our process is designed to be clear and simple. We guide you step by step and explain everything in a way that's easy to understand, without technical jargon.
How do you charge for the service?
Yes. In addition to the technical part, we care about visuals, clarity of structure and user experience. Your course looks professional and provides a high-quality learning experience for participants.
What if I have a problem after launch?
If you choose the Premium package, you have our support after launch – regular consultations, optimizations and upgrades. With Basic and Standard packages, you can always agree for additional consultation hours.
Do you also do marketing for my course?
In the Standard and Premium package, marketing preparation for launch is included – landing pages, email sequences and lead magnets. For advanced campaigns and advertising, we can connect you with our marketing team.
How much do your packages cost?
Prices range from around 1,500 € (Basic) to 5,000 € (Premium). We agree on exact prices based on your needs and workload. It's possible to agree on individual services (e.g. setting up Stripe, Thinkific, etc.).
What is Fiskalizacija 2.0 and do I need to implement it right away?
Fiskalizacija 2.0 is a legal obligation that from 1.1.2026. brings two major changes – invoices must be fiskalized, and B2B invoices are sent exclusively as eRačuni. Our team will introduce you to this process simply and without stress.
