He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Croatian AI association and the global one head of the special interest group on AI at the International Project Management Association.
In 2018, he started his own company FutureHR, where he acts as a business expert and consultant for various clients. Outside the professional sphere, he is the president of the MBA Croatia Association, which brings together MBA graduates in Croatia. It is also president of the business-humanitarian organization POZA, which promotes corporate and social responsibility well-being, and as co-founder of the Global AI Ethics Institute, he plays a key role in shaping the ethical framework of artificial intelligence on a global level.
