We cover systems management tools, real-world examples of setting up systems that function, and the basics of SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and their implementation. You will learn how to create visual workflows, optimize and automate processes and monitor activities and key metrics using tools like Google Analytics. The goal of this module is to increase productivity and create sustainable business systems.

4. MODULE – Team Management Team management requires specific skills, and this module will teach you how to be a successful team leader.
